We primarily work with solid oak, oiled ash, and walnut. Each batch comes from certified forestry operations in Central Europe. The surfaces are hand-finished – oiled, waxed, or coated with an open-pore lacquer, depending on the model.
Yes, we send sample cards of our upholstery fabrics and leather qualities free of charge. Simply send a short message to info@ironcuttercouch.com specifying the desired materials. Delivery takes place within three working days.
The pure manufacturing time is four to six weeks, depending on the model and equipment. Shipping within Germany and Austria takes an additional two to five working days. For custom-made items, the time can increase to eight weeks.
Yes, for all furniture with an order value of 500 euros or more, we offer an assembly service through our partners. The service includes delivery to the desired room, assembly, and disposal of packaging materials. Costs depend on the postal code and are communicated transparently in advance.
Of course. You have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Return shipping is at our expense, provided the furniture is undamaged and in its original packaging. Please contact us by email in advance so we can coordinate the process.
Clean the surface with a slightly damp cloth and dry it immediately afterwards. Do not use aggressive cleaners or scouring agents. Once or twice a year, you can treat the wood with a care oil for oiled surfaces. We recommend our own care set, which is tailored to the oils used.
